Jessica Antonini joined Ish Entertainment in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Production and Development, adding her distinctive creative vision, executional flair, and incredible storytelling talent to the Ish brand. Since her time at Ish, Antonini has developed and sold multiple new series such as “This Week at The Comedy Cellar” (Comedy Central) and “Laureann Gibson: Beyond The Spotlight” (Lifetime). Antonini’s career started at MTV Networks, where she produced multiple series such as “True Life”, “Diary”, “MADE”, and “My Super Sweet 16”. She went on to develop the sleeper hit “My Life as Liz” for the network, which broke new creative ground in the reality genre with its story cadence, pacing, tone and unique visuals, changing existing preconceptions of what defines a lead character on MTV. Since leaving MTV, Antonini has developed and overseen hundreds of hours of television and a wide variety of hit series such as “Black Ink Crew Chicago” (VH1), “Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life” (MTV), “Hustle & Soul” (WE), “Player Gets Played” (WE), and “My Life Is a Lifetime Movie” (LIFETIME).
